Jeff McPhail, President of JW McPhail Construction brings over 30 years of construction experience to the company. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a fourth generation Californian, Jeff is the architect of the company’s vision and standards. He manages company operations, and works with our clients to develop final work scopes, schedules, budgets and contracts. Jeff lives in San Anselmo with his wife and twin daughters. |

Her 22 years experience in business administration is evident in the systems she has helped develop and executes. Carol runs our office with tireless energy and an upbeat attitude. A native San Franciscan, Carol lives with her husband and two daughters in Novato. |
