Jeff McPhail
President


Jeff McPhail, President of JW McPhail Construction brings over 30 years of construction experience to the company. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a fourth generation Californian, Jeff is the architect of the company’s vision and standards. He manages company operations, and works with our clients to develop final work scopes, schedules, budgets and contracts. Jeff lives in San Anselmo with his wife and twin daughters.
Ton Moore
Project Manager / Contract Administration


Ton Moore has been working with JW McPhail Construction since 2005. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Ton has a rich background in architecture and engineering. Ton brings a breadth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for building to the company. Framing during the summers while studying architecture, he acquired a great appreciation of the construction trades.

After moving to Colorado in his twenties, Ton started and ran his own successful greenhouse farming business for three years. More recently, he collaborated with sculptors, architects, and engineers on design and build projects in the Boulder area. Ton’s philosophy holds design and well-crafted construction equally important to the successful completion of our projects. Ton lives with his wife and son in Fairfax.

Carol Macintyre
Office Manager

Office manager Carol McIntyre has guided the office side of our steady growth for the past five years. Her 22 years experience in business administration is evident in the systems she has helped develop and executes. Carol runs our office with tireless energy and an upbeat attitude. A native San Franciscan, Carol lives with her husband and two daughters in Novato.
